July 30 - August 2, 2011. South Eastern Washington Service Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing welcomes D/HH kids to: Camp "Hands Up". Camp "Hands Up" is a 4-day, overnight camp for deaf children ages 5-16, with junior counselor program for ages 16-18. Drama, crafts, boat building, river fun, campfires and more.
